This microbrewer is blowing up.. you can find their beers all over the area in stores and now partnered with the LA Galaxy.. if you don't know about them you better ask someone.  They have a very cool tap room in their brewery located in some warehouse/industrial park in Torrance.. very near the soccer fields/courthouse area.  Very cool space with a game room, huge TV's for sports, tons of their own beers as well as specialty "cocktails" which were big hits.  They have an outdoor patio area with rotating food trucks.. this time the pizza was on a trailer with a real wood burning brick oven and it was as good as anything you'll have.  If you don't know Absolution is here you can easily miss it.. check out their socials for special events, launches, new beers, new stores and venues... we met both the manager and owner.. very nice people who welcome you in graciously and make you feel at home.  This place is a little different in a very good way.. stop in and sample and have a cold one.

Excellent beer - I tried four in a flight and they were all delicious. The Pugatory hefeweizen was especially a great example of its style. Just be aware that if you buy popcorn (one of the available bar snacks), the package it comes in is beer-drinker-proof; best to try opening it before you start.

Plenty of parking, plenty of seating, good service, and best of all, AMAZING BEER! I got the Goyave, a wheat beer with pink guava, and it was so smooth. Definitely give Absolution a try!

My favorite brewery in South Bay. The best place for creative sours, mango Mexican lagers, and even nitro stouts. Great hosts and curated food trucks. Mind your manners or prepare for a learning curve.

This place serves awesome beer!  There is another brewery in walking distance!  Highly suggest trying this place!  If the fish taco vendor is there, dont miss it!  They serve some really tasty tacos!!
