A pretty nice brew pub. We came on a Saturday afternoon and managed to snag the last table in the bar area. The place has a lumberjack theme, with vintage lumbering photos and wood cutting decor. Lots and lots of beers to choose from. The lumberjack theme is carried over to the names of the craft beers. Bar service was friendly. The only downside is that they do not serve food. There is also outside seating but it was a bit cold to take advantage of it.

This place is awesome! The building is absolutely wonderful! And the Brews are unbelievable! Try the Porter! Best there is!

Wow this place is nice and nicely done with an amazing interior. Nice large outdoor space (dogs are not allowed due to outside space access from parking). I had my pooch with me so I couldn't stay but I got a 4 pack of cans to go. I've had a few of their beers previously so I went with a dark. The fantastic bar lady said it was a dry stout like Guinness. I had one when I arrived home and it might be my favorite beer from here. Parking is tight. Unless there is another parking lot that I missed parking could be an issue.

Nice local gathering place. Good selection of brews. The only detractors was the bar noise interfering with the music venue in the adjoining rooms. Rather than opening the partition walls for the noisy bar crowd, it would have been more enjoyable for the music lovers to keep the partitioning walls closed. The Crandall Creek music was awesome!

I do want to lead with some feedback for the brewery. I’m from out of town and drove an hour for their beer (yes, it’s worth it), but they weren’t open at noon on 11/3/24 per their posted hours. We waited 1.5 hours in the parking lot, but still, no one showed. Pretty big disappointment, but things happen, and Big Timber delivers 5-star beer and 5-star service 99% of the time, so they get a mulligan. I’m not docking a star like an idiot would; people don’t understand how negatively such knee-jerk reactions can hurt a business.

As for the beer, I’ve been to breweries all over the country, and Big Timber is top 3 material - easily. The bartenders are lovely and knowledgeable to boot; extra love and a shoutout to Willa & Will. Love these folks! 🍻
