This place is crazy amazing!!! The food was amazing!! I recommend Crispy Woods Mushroom, it was so tasty, the combination of sauce and deep fried mushroom was unforgetable! I had Schnitzel too, i was also good, limey and crispy. The outdoor area was so nice and airy on that day. We went for dinner. My friends said that the sandwich also very good. Great place!!

When I moved back to Atlanta, a friend recommended I try out The Porter Beer Bar in Little Five Points. I mentioned it to some other friends and they basically cried to me that they LOVED this place and were devastated that it was closed for a renovation that seemed to never end. I'd figured it was another lost gem, that couldn't make it past the pandemic. But THEN I got invited out to Family Dinner with my friends to celebrate that the Porter was OPEN FOR BUSINESS.

That's a lot of pressure for any restaurant - so with high expectations and a lot of hunger I had my first meal at the Porter. And. What. A. Meal. It. Was.

Everything was incredible. And the beer list was never ending, with some classics and more off the wall choices. You won't go wrong at the Porter. Trust me.

Nice and comfy restaurant. A nice bar area leading to a comfy, cozy dining area to the back. We were seated immediately. Service was amazing! Everyone was very attentive and made sure we were taken care of.
As for the food, AMAZING!! I ordered the BLT which was toasted perfectly with tasty mayonnaise, fresh tomatoes, delectable bacon and crisp lettuce. The portion size was enough for dinner and lunch the next day.
The Smash burger was so juicy and melted in the mouth. Full of flavor with the carmalized onions. Definitely a winner all around. Deviled eggs were a delicious appetizer to be shared. The crispy sweet potato pieces were so good.
I recommend trying all of these dishes for yourself. No bad choices.

This was the first time I have been here in years. It lives up to the memories. The goat cheese fritters are the best thing. If I could I would just get a big plate of those. But the rest if the food is still really good. I miss the shrimp and grits. The fish and chips were great.

Great brunch. Huge selection of beers, as expected, but the brunch is soooo good. Go. You won’t be disappointed. Can’t wait to go back and try the items we missed!
