Mutation brewing is a hidden gem that has fun for everyone. The inside is larger than expected when looking in from the outside.  You can eat a variety of foods from the menu. I had the chicken tenders and fries which were freshly cooked. The tenders were very soft and juicy. The server was the actual restaurant owner. He was very welcoming. He is a very humble person who provides an enormous amount of hospitality. The staff is also very nice. This experience really makes you want to keep coming back.

First time here Jack is very personable and nice. I ordered a flavored seltzer it’s quite delicious. If they had this in 6 packs I would definitely buy them. The bar is clean and had ample seating. The venue is big enough to rent out. There is a private party being set up and it’s still plenty of room for other patrons I see they have an upstairs patio as well.  I ordered the buffalo wrap with beer cheese fries from the dogwood. The QR code is really easy to order through.

Great vibes, bartender very friendly and welcoming. In town from LA on work trip and found this spot by chance. 99xperiment is 🔥🔥🔥 highly recommend

The staff is friendly. Service is efficient. Space is cool with the exception of so many dirty tables. Patio is really cool and we love 99X so that made for a Sunday Funday.
