Best spot in Fishtown to grab a beer, pet a dog, and watch the Phillies. Come in and play some quoits in the beer garden and admire the fantastic bathroom wallpaper. It's always a great spot with a welcoming vibe.

We were poking though Fishtown hitting local breweries when we stumbled upon this gem of a brewery. Their draft list is small (2 of their own beers and then guest taps) but both beers were excellent. In addition they have a friendly staff, indoor and outdoor seating (the little area out back is a nice respite from the city), and a cool vibe. We really enjoyed ourselves and will certainly be back!

Awesome local brewery specializing in hazy IPAs and pale ales. Always a diverse draft list often featuring guest taps and seasonal ales, plus a fridge full of non-beer options (hard seltzer, etc.). If it’s on draft, definitely get their flagship beer Humble Nectar (made with nectaron hops).

Two TVs inside, plus a projector and another TV outside - if a Philly team is playing, the game will be on. Plus there are drink specials and promotions during Phillies and Eagles games, and trivia on Wednesdays.

No food, but you can bring your own, there are several restaurants that do takeout within walking distance. Dog friendly inside and out. Plus the owners Alex and Maria are super cool!

Alex and Maria are literally the nicest couple I  have ever met.  They remind me of the nice friends and neighbors I grew up with. Come on down for a smile, a warm welcome, a laugh and absolutely delicious beer. This place deserves to win awards for their beer.  Hoping the best for these guys in the future.

I visited 6 brewery taprooms during my recent visit to Philly and Triple Bottom was my favorite. Cool, elegant space. Personable bartenders. Just a great, relaxing vibe. And of course, great beer. Located just north of the city center. I have a ton of tshirts, but couldn’t resist buying the yellow “Made in Philly” T with the brewery logo on the back 🔥

Fantastic place with great drinks and a great mission. We had a blast renting their back room for a welcome party. The staff took great care of us and the beer and cocktails were delicious. Unfortunately the chef was sick that day but the events manager kindly waived the food fee for us so we could bring in pizza. Overall had an amazing experience here and will definitely be coming back for drinks and events.

Triple Bottom Brewing is the perfect event space for an intimate and incredible vibe! We were eager to find an LGBTQ+ friendly, neighborhood space with excellent beer- and we found just that in TBB!

The team  is excellent and truly wants to make sure your dream becomes a reality. Nathan was a phenomenal partner to work with while planning our wedding. He was timely in responses to our endless questions, thorough in explaining all the options available to us, and flexible in adjusting to some of our last minute creative additions to the night.

On the day of the wedding, Nathan and the larger TBB team made everything go off without a hitch- making sure the space was set up for our ceremony, transforming the remainder of the venue to for dinner and dancing. They also worked closely with the other vendors of the night to make sure everyone had seamless load in and load out experiences- so it was nice as the brides to not have to worry about coordinating that on our wedding day.

We truly could not have asked for a better experience from start to finish! Highly recommend hosting your next event, wedding, or party here! You won’t regret it!

Great beer and mission.
A little trendy so more of a screen with louder music than needed but a cute patio.
I was charged for more beers than I had. No big deal.. but the manager who tried to help was so angry that I wouldn’t sign the bill with the extra beer   It took nearly 15 minutes to resolve and he was so angry it was very off putting and not needed.

The rest of the staff was a delight and hopefully this person’s anger and aggression are removed from the business.

A hip brewery with awesome beers, cocktails, mocktails and food. They have some good Vietnamese food. Few vegetarian options as well. We had a good relaxing time and the staff is very helpful.

Stopped into the new outpost of Wissahickon Brewing Company in old Kensington. This place is a great addition to the neighborhood. We had some seasonal beers an incredible fried chicken sandwich with great pickles and white sauce. The sandwich came with a generous serving of perfectly cooked fries too. Everything was so good I forgot to take a picture. The staff was friendly and helpful. The bar is the perfect spot to watch a game or meet some friends. This place is just right. Oh and they have delicious Liberty Gin cocktails too. Have fun!

Stopped by for the first time yesterday with a group of five adults and a toddler. Amazing chill spot with huge TVs.

Everyone was impressed with the beers/drinks and food. I have to give a very special thank you to the service team for going above and beyond to make sure my food allergy (all nuts, egg, flax) two year old was safely served wings and fries (separate fryer!). We will definitely be back.

Solid brewery - service was a little slow, but it was their first day open so I think they were figuring things out. Atmosphere was good, but would love to see the garage doors open! Food was good, but corn ribs were honestly awkward to eat as a group (corn juice sprayed across the table 😂) - love the creativity, but would prefer the street corn in a bowl with chips!

We’ve come here 4 times, slushies are great, beer is decent, food is typically good and a good deal (especially happy hour) but today (Saturday) the burger tasted like boiled spoiled meat, it was so greasy it was running down our arms and the fries were so salty I could have used them as a salt block for live stock.  I guess it’s a gamble.  Will report back if we end up here again, hoping this was just a fluke.

Awesome brewery; this location has an in-house kitchen and they are not playing around!  The food was top notch and we loved the space and cafe concept to come thru in the AM hours.  Huge fan of these guys from their original location off School House, and now a very welcome addition to the foot of American St!

Absolutely love this concept! The signage was so awesome and intriguing, I had to check it out. This place is a winner for sure. Jane, the proprietor is friendly and creative. She opened a few months ago and while the brewery already looks great, she has plans to add more features soon. The downstairs area is huge with soaring ceilings, an inviting bar, and tables for dining. Some of the brews are house made while others are “imported” from local breweries. For those who prefer their libations less hoppy, there are a variety of cocktails available. Future plans include a cafe in the front of the brewery. A prime spot for anyone looking to start a small business. Upstairs, Fat Lady Brewery offers a huge party room for occasions that are sure to be memorable. There is also outdoor seating along the frontage of the building and in cozy sidewalk cabins.

If you're looking for a brewery on Manayunk's main street then Fat Lady Brewing is a convenient option. When compared to the other breweries in Philadelphia, I wasn't particularly impressed with the atmosphere or drinks we tried. But - prices were fair and there was a ton of space for groups to hangout which was nice.

Went to see comedy with some friends from Boston. We stopped downstairs while people were playing board games. WWE was on a few TVs but no one was paying attention to TVs. We asked if the bartender guy could change or turn a tv on to the final minutes of Celtics playoff game. He said, No! I asked why not? He responded, we don’t play sports at the bar on Monday. I’ve been there and watch basketball on Mondays before the playoffs. My friend said, wrestling is a sport. The bartender got upset and said, “wrestling is not a sport it’s entertainment. Under no circumstances will I turn on basketball for you. Stop asking!” This was a disturbing interaction. What bar refuses to turn on sports during the playoffs.

We had the best experience at Fat Lady Brewing 😊we were at the Grand opening and had such a fantastic time!. Everything from the ambiance to the decor to the specialty drinks to the very welcoming and competent, quirky staff was wonderful! Absolutely love this place. Staff is always super friendly. Food is always really solid, and the variety is pretty wide. Great beer selection, with options you don’t see at other restaurants. The on-site sushi staff does a fantastic job of crafting their rolls!
Overall I have never been dissatisfied with a visit here.

Food and drinks were ok, the service also was good, although I was a little disappointed that after the waitress gave us time to see the menu, what I chose wasn’t available. I think they should let you know in advance what it’s available and what’s not when they give you the menu.

One of the worst meals I’ve ever had… it tasted like the lid fell off the salt shaker when they were cooking it. It was so salty it was actually inedible. And I’m a person who usually loves salt… I’d recommend visiting this restaurant only for the drinks, definitely not for the food.

There is only a delay in writing this review because of the situation my family was dealt with.  We had the memorial service luncheon for my wife on 6/26/25.  I communicated with Paris the week before the event and she was by my side when needed throughout the luncheon.  Family and friends complimented about the buffet and the staff throughout the entire afternoon.  The staff were beyond pleasant and accommodating.  Chicken Piccata and Shrimp Scampi were delicious, drinks were readily available and bartenders were great,  I could not have asked for a better day considering what my family was dealing with.  I HIGHLY recommend that people consider them for luncheons, or any events, because they exceeded my expectations by far.  It somehow made the day a little less stressful for all and I appreciate that more than I can put into words.

Hosted our staff holiday party here last year, but went to the restaurant part for the first time the other day to eat while watching the game. We sat at the outdoor bar, which wasn't really crowded so we found a seat easily. It's pretty spacious out there with traditional tables, the bar and some high tops as seating options. Bartender automatically came over to greet us and see what we would want for drinks.

They had a fall drink menu, so I tried the mule that was on that list, which I liked! Still had the fizz and taste of a mule but the hint of cinnamon and other fall-based ingredients did make it feel a bit more seasonal. The food was good too. I was originally going to try the Nashville chicken sandwich but, based on recommendations from the bartender, I went with the Buffalo Chicken flatbread instead. It was served hot, fresh and a good size portion. The taste was there and good distribution of chicken throughout the entire flatbread. I took a bit of his entree (the burger) which was cooked well, tasty and also a good size portion.

Cool, chill spot with some good bar food options. Will be back again.
