Great beer, great atmosphere,  and great staff. They brew my favorite IPA in Minnesota (Size 7). They have an excellent outdoor seating area. I strongly encourage you to check it out!

Place has a great atmosphere! Friendly staff and food trucks, plus live music on certain days. Beer is flavorful and strong. Check it out, especially as a local.

I didn't have a 5 star experience mostly due to the indifferent, poor bar service from the two women who ignored me when I wanted to order.  The bearded guy however was very nice and eventually took care of me.

They have some pretzel tins and popcorn you can buy at the bar otherwise it is all tap beers and hard seltzer.  I prefer the Size 7 and the Sticker Fight.

Delicious beer, great food trucks, but WOW there are a lot of screaming children sprinting around under foot almost every time we’re there. I’m all for a family friendly brewery, don’t get me wrong, but it can get pretty deafening and challenging to get around without spilling a full beer.

We went to Steel Toe for the first time today. We enjoyed the best of Minneapolis summer entertainment. They have a nice outdoor area with a food truck for your tummy. We played a trivia game and saw others playing cribbage. It was quiet and lots of actual chatting and interacting that doesn't happen when music or TV is overbearing.

The International Wolf Center had a Happy Hour Howl in the Ratskeller Room. Working with Summit staff was smooth and easy. They made it fun. Our members gave rave reviews about the whole evening. We will have another event there again. Thanks!

We are going back to India. After visiting a good number of breweries in MN, this is the last one b4 our departure. Their  cabin crusher ale with lemon was just awesome, amazing excellent what not. I now feel I should have come here atleast few times

Summit is where craft brewing started for the Twin Cities, so go for the history if nothing else. But they also make great beer - less hit and miss than some of the other area brewers, and more personality too. I especially appreciate their including of lower ABV options, bucking the trend of always boozier beer. The taproom (the "Ratskeller") is no frills but comfy, with long communal tables. Frequent food trucks. Fun brewery tours. Highly recommended.

This is one of those over rated locations that while it’s still a decent burger, it’s over priced and not really worth it. The twin cities have excellent options for burgers and this one was just a bit underwhelming. I wouldn’t go back for their burger but might go back to try other beer offerings.

Had pretzels with yummy queso and salted warm-hot freshly made pretzels!!!  So good. Staff was super friendly, food came out quickly AND although they were slammed; tables were clean as a whistle!!!

5 stars for the beer and 3 stars for the food. Overall rating is weighted for the beer since it is a brewery. Plenty of space for seating and the employees seem friendly.

Really great space and beer! This is a go-to for me when meeting up with friends. I've tried several of their beers and all have been tasty. I had their seasonal Shamrock Shake most recently and that was super delicious. Plus the layout of the brewery has a nice flow and the space is comfortable with good lighting. Their lot provides easy and convenient parking too. Great brewery!

My boyfriend and I are very frequent brewery-goers and we have somehow turned into semi-beer-snobs so we tend to ask questions. Our dog also has grown to expect treats every time we go to a brewery. Kai gave us in-depth detail about every beer we asked about, his personal recommendations, gave us samples, gave our dog some treats, and completely made our experience here. We love our beers, our dog loves her treats, and we are all leaving home over the moon!

Love the beer and the pizza made onsite is great. GF option. Nicely designed open space. Table games galore. $2 off from 3 to 6 PM weekdays. Can't beat that. Good vibe here.

Nordeast is best damn beer brewed!!! Like the dark beer but grain belt is one of my favorites. Live in Oklahoma and nowhere sells it. Every time I find it I load up the trunk.

Even though I don't drink beer anymore. I enjoy the taste of The Friendly Beer.  Northeast is a great dark. Grainbelt is the only good thing to come out of Minnesota.  True story.

LynLake Brewery is a fantastic place to go with friends to relax and hang out and they have a very chillaxed vibe. The place is cozy and has an abundance of games you and your friends can play.

The food is also amazing the foods I got to try were-

Lake view burger- had a very good taste! Cheese curd are very good, very close to fair cheese curds. Also the sauce that comes with it pairs nicely. Very good portion of cheese curds for a small as well.
Firebird- Note if you can’t handle spice don’t get it. It has a very good tasting flavor though!
Chicken tacos- had a good flavors little kick. I think sour cream on the side would pair nicely just to mild the spice out a little for some!

Sweet spot for some not so surprising brews that tick all the necessary boxes and have funny names.

Service was good on a chill Tuesday evening, possibly getting quite busy on the weekends.

There were some sketchy folks standing around outside that could scare some folks off but inside it was cozy and pretty chill.

Food was ok for pub fare. Nothing stood out as particularly tasty but if you're hungry it'll be awesome.

Visited on an insanely warm March evening for dinner and a couple beers on the rooftop. Was a very easy-going crowd and friendly staff. We ordered a Western Burger, chicken quesadilla and a side salad. w/balsamic vinaigrette. The salad was very lightly (but perfectly) dressed. We were really impressed by the salsa that came with the quesadilla - we love spice and it had impressive heat! Hubby actually mixed some into his spicy ranch for extra kick. Burger was juicy and flavorful but hubby cautiously admitted it was a tad greasier than he prefers but wouldn't stop him from ordering another. We'll definitely be back!

Love the huge open windows that have bar like seating overlooking the streets, great to people watch and enjoy the fresh air without being outside. Bartender was very patient and friendly with us. Burger was delicious with a bakery fresh bun.
