The place only had one other family there at 1:00 pm on a holiday day.  The server was great. The atmosphere was super and so relaxing. Then you get to a menu order with no changes. .
It took over 45 min to get food. The cook was sitting at a table playing on her phone when we arrived and she made it back out before we left.  Horrible wait. There were two of us. Our food came out 15 min apart. Seems like multi tasking and customer focus is not important to the kitchen. This level of service from the kitchen  will destroy this place in no time.
Very sad.

Food was great, the only downside was a lot of the menu items were unavailable. They had no chicken, fish among some other items so I had to settle for a burger. Other than that service was good.

Waitress was nice and that is the only good thing about this place. Food was horrible. Empty place and waited 30 minutes for it. The fries were $17 including a $4 up charge for chicken. The chicken was cold because clearly it was reheated in the microwave. The fries tasted freezer burned. I made it through half the meal before they brought me a fork and my friend asked for napkins and they brought us 1/2 a paper towel each. 2/10 would not recommend.

Food and atmosphere was very good. The service could definitely use some attention. We were the only people in the place and everything took forever. Waitress didn't seem very interested in doing her job.

Texas Taphouse is truly a hidden gem. We had the farmhouse burger it was awesome. My hubby had the garlic buffalo wings that met his approval. The food and the ambience is unmatched. BIG SHOUT TO AVA
