JAKs has opened a new location! Hooray! This new tap room seats approximately 30, which includes 7 at the bar. I can foresee limited parking - you may have to park on Amelia St., a short walk to the entrance. Excellent beer, friendly folks. Can't ask for more!

Was only here for the beer and to check another flight off on the brewery across the US tour. Their New Mexican stout, highly recommend and their new cotton candy sour is another recommendation and close to a seltzer if you like your beers a little sweeter. Dog friendly on the outside.

Great local brewery and venue. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating. Often hosting local musicians and food trucks; today was a perfect example. Very talented singer/guitarist Paige Neifert and grilled cheese sandwiches that were way beyond the basics. Great place to spend a beautiful Sunday afternoon.

Been coming here for years. Love the people and the beer. But damn! Two beers were $18! That’s just too much. Will need to drop the visits to every so often. Most places in the Springs are less than that. Sorry guys.

Beer cheese soup was absolutely delicious. Tangerine IPA was our favorite although the milkshake IPA was also tasty.

Awesome family-friendly spot with great beer and food. Came during a busy summer weekday, and service was extremely  welcoming. Food came out fast. Beer was delicious. Highly recommend and will definitely be back.

Fun place to have a birthday drink or four.  Enjoyed the flight and each beer was good.  Everyone also enjoyed their food.  There didn't seem to be a kids menu but my two loved the small plate (soup bowl) of bacon Mac and cheese.  My wife raved about the brat they made and I really liked the Bronco burger.  The top item was the truffle fries though.  The atmosphere was great and our server was excellent.

Excellent beer in trendy downtown Manitou. They built a really cool place here with the entrance in an alley off the main drag. Our server was a cicerone and a sommelier, with tons of great info about what we were drinking and hops/grapes grown in Colorado. Also, the beer was fantastic!

Pro Tip: They do half pours and flights if you want to try more than one or two.

Black Forest IPA is a golden classic.
Apricot shandy and Strawberry spice IPA are amazing. Highly recommended.

Great place and great atmosphere. Can't forget the beer! that's pretty awesome also. Service dogs are allowed in the tap room, I'm not sure what their policy is on pets or ESA's. They do have an outdoor area tho.

I decided to ride down here on a nice day and have a beer as I have never been.  Was able to come in around 2pm and get a beer at the bar and a spot to sit at right away.  The place wasn't too crowded and the atmosphere was very relaxing. The beer I had was good, it was the Shade Tree Apricot. I did not have any food with my order but it seemed that they do food as there was a sandwich board out front with writing about brats.  There was also a food truck outside in the parking lot and someone at the table behind me had pizza. The bartender was very plesant and the staff seemed friendly but besides the ordering of the beer, interaction with staff was minimal. Only reason for 3 stars is that after I got my beer and sat down, no one ever approached me to see if I wanted anything else, even as my beer was near empty. Honestly, I don't think anyonewho was there was approached even though there were numerous people who seemed they worked there. I probably would have ordered another or an appetizer if they did. I will be back for another beer and will see if the experience is any different and will update as needed.

Stopped briefly at Black Forest Brewing Company for some brews. Their Red was outstanding, with a subtle nutty undertone enhancing its flavor—exactly how a Red should taste! While chatting with the bartender, we learned they're setting up tents for a two-day Oktoberfest event, complete with lumberjack games, music, and more. If only we had more time for another round or two and to join in on the festivities!

This place has a great rotating beer selection. The staff is always friendly and we have such a great time every time! I highly recommend. Also I am begging Nano 108 to please bring back the full spectrum Chantilly cake beer, it was SO GOOD!

Thriving 11 years an a seriously industrial area. 8-place natural wood bar with wooden bar chairs and 1” steel pipe foot-rail. Usually over a dozen house beer from their 7+ bbl system and daily food trucks. Two cozy rooms inside and three picnic tables outside with afternoon sun.

Work function at a brewery, and for anyone who can't drink alcohol, sorry no options. Canned reg Coke and DP or water. The bar tender (owner?) was rude when I asked if there were any non-alcoholic options. Hard pass on the next time my work wants to go here.

The staff is beyond amazing! The food is beyond amazing! The beer is also beyond amazing! I don’t know all their names but there are a few servers that a really go above and beyond. My dog is even obsessed with one of the lovely ladies! This is the spot I always bring out of town guests too. I love their patio and the views. I work with a fair amount of tourists and I always tell them to go here too! Their vegan options are the best in town. It’s so nice to have a place I can go with my friends that aren’t vegan and we both leave full and happy!

We recently had my father’s celebration of life at Trinity. We were in the warehouse room and had about 60-70 people. Everything from set up to communication with Matt was so easy and simple. They didn’t require a deposit and were so flexible with everything we needed. The staff were attentive and professional and the food was great. They had plenty of beer selections and an open bar. The cucumber margarita was our favorite! We had the room for over 4 hours and weren’t rushed to leave. Everyone at the event said the location was absolutely perfect. Overall, I’d highly recommend this location if you want a relaxed event with good food and drinks. Thank you Trinity for making my dad’s celebration stress free and enjoyable. We’d love to come back again!

Reached out to Trinity Brewing for my husband’s 50th Surprise Birthday Party about 6 weeks before the special date. Right away, Matt Dettmann went above and beyond with every detail and everything I could have asked for  as far as communication, honesty, and providing me with everything I needed. They did an amazing job catering to over 70 people. The staff was just amazing—super friendly and kept checking in with me to see how things were going. With no fee for the rental or deposit to reserve such an amazing space, I was just blown away. Plenty of time to set up, and the staff was super forgiving about going a little over closing time, and they were quick to fill the needs of all of our guests. I just cannot recommend Trinity Brewing for a larger celebration enough. Thank you, Matt and team! My husband was blown away, and I didn’t have a single detail to worry about. They also don’t include automatic gratuity, so I was happy to hand over $300 for a job VERY well done.
